Today is the last day of the 22nd Edition of the Nigerian Economic Summit (NES22). The event has been ongoing for three days at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja from 10th to 12th October 2016. The forum themed “Made in Nigeria” has been attended by hundreds of delegates and stakeholders. The theme was appropriately adopted for this year’s conference due to the need to embrace self- sufficiency as a viable alternative to improve Nigeria’s dwindling economy.

Over the past three days, the participants have discussed issues affecting the country in order to make propositions, strategies and communiqués, which will be submitted to the government and private bodies/stakeholders for use and adoption.

Considering today is the last day of the summit, there will be a few sessions to discuss the following topics:

  • Mitigating the Impact of Crisis and Conflict
