Andela is an African coding school start-up, which pays its student for learning, and then finds jobs for them, mostly in US based companies. Tolu and Jesmine, two students of Andela shared their experiences in the United States on NBC’s TODAY show.

In the video, the two Andela students who live in Lagos, Nigeria went to New York and to work with Everplans in New York.  Tolu and Jesmine were integrated into the team from the get-go, from participating in morning stand-up to joining daily lunch outings, and even performing in the office talent show.
