The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, sent his congratulations to Ambassador Monica Juma, on the occasion of her appointment as Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Kenya.
In his message, the Cuban Foreign Minister also thanked Ambassador Juma for his efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between Cuba and Kenya.
Monica Juma, before being appointed Minister of Defense, had served as Principal Secretary and Minister of Foreign Affairs, from where she worked for the expansion and diversification of bilateral relations, including cooperation.
