MTN Nigeria has won a contract with Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT) and NetLink Technologies Limited, a wireless broadband firm, to deliver innovative ICT solutions across Nigeria.

The partnership will see MTN, NIGCOMSAT and NetLink harness strategies and assets that will steer technology advancements in Nigeria.

NIGCOMSAT Chief Executive, Timasaniyu Ahmed-Rufai was quoted by HumanIPO as saying that the collaboration with the telecom giant and Netlink will bring about advanced ICT solutions to homes, businesses and government institutions in Africa’s most populous country.

NIGCOMSAT which aims to become the leading satellite operator in Africa hopes to explore and exploit the commercial viability of the Nigerian Communication sector for the social economic benefit of the nation.

On his part, Chief Enterprise Solutions at MTN Nigeria, Babatunde Osho, explained that the collaboration would birth the delivery of creative and “game-changing solutions to the Nigerian market.
