Emilia drives the Strategy and External Relations portfolios for ThistlePraxis Consulting as Senior Consultant and is daily responsible for drafting strategy on all client briefs, company projects and initiatives. In this role, she also liaises with partners, clients and the firm’s impressive faculty of experts with over 95 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility issues across the world. In addition, Emilia doubles as the Editor-in-Chief of CSR Files™, a registered trademark which represents ThistlePraxis’ Information and Resource products. She started ThistlePraxis Consulting Limited in July 2010 as Managing Consultant responsible for the brand blueprints, set up and roll-out of operations. A graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, she has vast experience in Corporate Communications, Media Strategy, Development Communications and all aspects of Media production (print, electronic and digital) as well as Corporate Sustainability & Responsibility and still consults in her spare time for many Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives for the African youth demographic. Emilia also sits on the board of a few innovative companies and has a fast-rising profile as a Speaker, Event compere, Facilitator and Expert on CSR, Brand Marketing, Development Communications and Youth Development.
