Mohammed Abubakar, the governor of Bauchi state, has warned the federal government that poverty and ignorance could be the force that may lead to the emergence of another terrorist group in Nigeria. he said that poverty and ignorance needed to be adequately addressed and soon. The governor said this during a meeting he had with delegates from the European Union, United Nations and World Bank on insurgency devastated areas in the north-east.
