President Muhammadu Buhari has had mixed reactions about his reign.He has received local and international acclaim for his policies from some parties yet others are sceptical of his rule. The sceptics are saying he has made many promises, citing that of his 222 tracked electoral promises, only 0.5 per cent of them have since been fulfilled.
