Also for this project there is no excavation, we are not going to dig on the ground,” she said.

“In the future there will be a coastal road which will be about 5 feet above sea. If you notice what’s going on along the coastal line, a wall is being built. This means our property is right on the other side of where the Eko Atlantic wall is located and so a lot of ocean surge will be protected,” Francisca further stated.
