Leading Nigerian lender, First Bank Plc, has opened The Premium Lounge, an exclusive lounge for privileged customers providing improved customer experience, comfort, luxury, as well as access to financial advisory services to customers.

The lounge services are extended to FirstBank customers by invitation only. Qualified customers will be invited by their relationship manager and then a premium card with which the customer can gain access to the Lounge will be issued to them.

According to the bank’s Head Marketing and Corporate Communications, Mrs. Folake Ani-Mumuney, the Premium Banking Lounge offers customers, who have reached that height of success, a holistic approach to conducting their financial activities with ease.

“At FirstBank, our customers mean a great deal to us; that is why we constantly initiate different ways of creating banking convenience,” she said.

Speaking on the lounge, a premium customer, Mr. Kehinde Sote, said he was glad that the service was introduced. “I don’t like filling forms and I get everything sorted out here. I usually go to another branch but this Lounge makes it more convenient for me so I’d rather come here. I don’t like stress”.
