Core Group Africa (CGA) has partnered with Stanbic Bank of Nigeria “to enable clients to purchase the popular iPad tablet.”

According to an ITweb Africa report, Apple’s official distributor in Nigeria, CGA and Stanbic Bank’s partnership will make the tablet pc  available at an  interest-free  rate for over 12 months.

Africa’s second-largest economy, Nigeria is attracting more business from technology operators like CGA as Internet penetration soars.

“The deal gives Nigerians the fantastic opportunity to purchase official products at an affordable monthly rate, with no deposit interest,” Rutger-Jan van Spaandonk director of Core Group said to reporters today in Nigeria.

Doing business in Nigeria will be eased by the new services as Core Group Manager said today. According to him, “The deal gives Nigerians the fantastic opportunity to purchase official products at an affordable monthly rate, with no deposit interest.”

The Core Group manager, who believes that Africa is changing said, “The iPad is a life-changing product” and CGA wants to ensure that more Nigerians have the option of owning it.

Stanbic Bank’s Executive Director for Personal and Business Banking, Obinnia Abajue praised he partnership with the Core Group. He stated that it was consistent with the banks dedication to quality service to its customers.
