The President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, while speaking at the ASEAN Economic Summit in California recently, said he believes the Republican Party presidential hopeful Donald Trump will not be president because it is a “serious job.”

“I continue to believe that Trump will not be president and the reason is because I have a lot of faith in the American people, the electorate will not pick him, because they recognise that being president is a serious job,” said President Obama.  And many thought former president Ben Carson shared the same sentiment, until now.

Ben Carson has just endorsed Trump, stating that he is the best man for the job. However considering all the controversy surrounding Trump and his rather racist statements about minority groups in the US, one would think of it as a sharp contrast to what Ben Carson stands, or is it ‘stood’ for.

It should be noted that last year, Donald trump insulted Ben Carson by saying Carson is an unstable thug who can’t be trusted in office because of the violent things that he wrote about in his memoir, declaring that his memoir is obvious bullshit that only dupes who would believe.

Also last year, Trump made a controversial statement about African Americans saying, “African Americans are very lazy. The best they can do is gallivanting around ghettos, lamenting how they are discriminated. These are the people America doesn’t need. They are the enemies of progress.”

This statement, which is obviously racist, shows that Trump doesn’t have the interest of blacks at heart despite the contributions of many African Americans to the history of the United States. He didn’t stop there.

The aspiring president of the United States took a swipe at Muslims, stating that Muslims would not be allowed into US if he becomes the president of the country.“They’re not coming to this country if I’m president. And if Obama has brought some to this country they are leaving, they’re going, they’re gone.”
