Daniel Akinmade Emejulu is a contributor with expertise in International Affairs.

He started his career as a Research Analyst at The World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. Daniel now works as a Research & Projects Consultant within UNEP at the United Nations Office in Geneva, Switzerland.

Previously, for his national service year, he volunteered with the Nigerian Red Cross in Abuja, and then served in the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs. He has also interned at the United Nations Office in Vienna, Austria.

Daniel read law at SOAS, University of London (LLB) and Duke University (LLM). He then qualified as a Barrister & Solicitor in Nigeria. He holds an executive certificate from The Graduate Institute, Geneva, and a professional certificate from The Hague Academy of International Law in The Hague, Netherlands.

He is the author of The Great Oversight, and has written for The Huffington Post (USA) and The Guardian (Nigeria). Daniel also completed the Engadine ski marathon in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
