Moses Siasia, a 32 year old Nigerian, has been listed among the recipients of African Economic Leaders of Tomorrow by the Choiseul Institute for International Politics and Geo-economics in its 2014 ranking. This was contained in a statement issued on Sunday by the institute in Abuja.

Siasia, who is the Chairman of Nigerian Young Professionals Forum (NYPF), was ranked last October among the top 200 young economic leaders of Africa. The complete list includes successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, and drivers of innovative projects on the African continent.

NYPF was conceived as a platform for the development of young professionals in Nigeria through quality educational programmes, national and global networking and leadership opportunities. This is an area of interest for the Choiseul Institute as it focuses on economic leaders in Africa aged 40 and below, who will play a major role in economic development of the continent.

Moses Siasia sits atop a multi-billion naira ventures with interests spread across key economic sectors.

“Among the list of Africans who are making a significant impact in Africa and creating job opportunities for Africans, the name, Moses Siloko Siasia, stands out,” the statement cited Choiseul Institute as saying.

Men like Siasia symbolize the dynamism and renewal of an emerging continent, carrying the hopes of an entire generation. His fervent commitment to youths as the principal driver and beneficiary of Africa’s economic transformation is demonstrated by his passion for the NYPF.

Siasia also sits atop a multibillion naira business empire, as Chairman of Mosilo Group. The group is a wholly owned indigenous company with strategic partnership with some of the world’s leading technical companies.
